2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of finely chopped chervil
2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives

To prepare the basil herb dressing, start by grinding the garlic clove and anchovies with a mortar and pestle until they are smooth. Next, combine the chopped herbs and oil to create the salad dressing.

Lemongrass tea.
To create an uplifting and aromatic tea, brew lemongrass leaves in boiling water. This will bring out the essential oils and flavor or the lemongrass leaves. You can pour the tea into a cup and drink it as is, or you can strain the leaves out of the tea.
