8-10 drops of Lavender or Frankincense essential oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

5 drops of clary sage essential oil
2 drops of lemon essential oil
2 drops of lavender essential oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

Insomnia relieving aromatherapy massage.
10 drops of roman chamomile essential oil
5 drops of clary sage essential oil
5 drops of bergamot essential oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

Depression reducing aromatherapy massage.
2 drops of rose oil
5 drops of sandalwood
2 drops of orange oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

Memory and concentration enhancing aromatherapy massage.
8 drops of cypress essential oil
2 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

Energy enhancing aromatherapy massage.
4 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 drop of frankincense essential oil
4 drops of lemon essential oil

Anger reducing aromatherapy massage.
5 drops of bergamot essential oil
2 drops of ylang ylang essential oil
2 drops of jasmine essential oil
1 ounce of sweet almond oil

You can use these aromatherapy massage oil recipes in the comfort of your own home. Aromatherapy massage is best when performed by another person, although there are areas you can massage yourself.
